2024: Appointment to the post of general director of the Siberian Industrial Group
In August 2024, Alexander Gerasko was appointed the new general director of the Siberian Industrial Group (LNG). As head of LNG, Alexander Gerasko replaced Pavel Tikhonov, who led the group from September 2021.
Tikhonov moved to the position of Director for Development and Investment Projects. Under the leadership of Tikhonov, the LNG holding entered the register of strategic enterprises of the Russian Federation and the defense industry, introduced automation of production processes and significantly strengthened its position in the heavy engineering market, increasing the shipment of manufactured products by more than 40%, the group emphasized.
Prior to becoming CEO of LNG, Gerasko served as Director of Global Sales PIPE METALLURGIC COMPANY and worked to expand the steel holding's presence in the Middle East. He has all the necessary experience in managing large teams to implement the company's plans, the group said.
The holding team led by Alexander Gerasko will continue consistent work on key operational areas of the business: increasing equipment productivity and improving production processes, developing new types of high-tech products, developing internal cooperation and supporting social projects, the group said in a statement. |
According to Alexander Gerasko, his tasks as head of LNG will be to increase the efficiency of operational processes, develop automation and improve the working conditions of employees of all enterprises included in the group.
The press service of the holding added that all personnel changes are aimed at strengthening the group's position in the market. The strategic course of the Siberian Industrial Group will remain the same, the company emphasized.[1]
