2023: Appointment as CEO of Lab Industries

On October 20, 2023, it became known about the appointment of Alexandra Zaytseva as the new CEO of Lab Industries (formerly Henkel Rus). He replaced Sergei Bykovsky, who also left the post of general manager of the Cosmetics and Personal Hygiene business unit. He decided to develop his career in another business direction, the press service of the company said.

Alexander Zaytsev held the position of general manager of the Glue Technologies business unit at Lab Industries. On October 21, 2023, he moved to the position of CEO, but will also retain responsibility for the business unit.

Tomas Duffek became the general manager of the Cosmetics and Personal Hygiene business unit instead of Sergei Bykovsky, who will also lead the Cleaning and Cleaning Products business unit at the same time.

The company strives to ensure full continuity and guarantee the continuity of all its operational processes and the implementation of planned strategic initiatives with these appointments, Lab Industries said in a statement quoted by Adindex.

Lab Industries began to translate the names of brands into Russian: for example, Vernel laundry conditioner became known as Vernel, Persil laundry powder as Persil, and Bref toilet blocks as Bref.

The company plans to complete a large-scale rebranding process by the end of 2023. The change in product names will take place within the framework of the development strategy of LAB Industries in the Russian market, which involves the adaptation of the names of products... The rebranding, which was launched in April 2023, will cover most of the company's portfolio[1]
