2025: Appointment as CEO of the First Freight Company
The largest railway operator in Russia, JSC First Freight Company (PGK), replaced the general director, Alexey Vinnikov was appointed the new head. The company announced this in April 2025. Vinnikov's main tasks will be to strengthen the position of PGC in the freight railway transportation market and to form a strategy for the development of the company for the coming years. The previous head of the PGK Oleg Romanov (headed the PGK in August 2024) will continue to work in the company as the first deputy general director.[1]
