Education

Maxim Ali graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg Humanitarian University of Trade Unions. At the beginning of his legal practice, he was engaged in comprehensive legal support for the activities of the university, later for several years he worked in legal consulting at the company "Kachkin and Partners."

Career

In 2017, Maxim joined the Maxima Legal team. During his time at the company, he established himself as an expert in the field of intellectual property, information law, as well as in the field of relations related to the activities of Internet companies and the media. In addition, Maxim has experience in conducting court cases related to the protection of copyright and business reputation of clients.

During the years of his practice, Maxim collaborated with Russian, foreign and international companies involved, including in the fields of IT, medical, metallurgical and automotive industries, real estate and the entertainment industry.

Maxim Ali is an active participant in international, all-Russian and regional scientific, practical and business conferences, the author of many articles in professional publications and expert comments in business media. In 2017, he was elected co-chair of the Legal Committee of the St. Petersburg International Business Association SPIBA.
