On May 21, 2019 the producer of the printing equipment of Lexmark announced the Allen Uogerman's appointment the new president and the CEO of the company. His predecessor Rich Geruson resigned authority in November, 2018, having explained leaving with "the personal reasons".
After resignation Gerusona Uogerman became the interim manager of Lexmark for search of the new CEO. The company noted that Uogerman is selected by the CEO after "long search within which the great number of highly skilled candidates was considered".
