Andrei Modestov was born in 1965 in Krasnoyarsk.

Education

In 1988 he graduated with honors from the medical faculty of KrasGMI.

From 1988 to 1990, he studied in residency at the Department of Nervous Diseases with a course of medical rehabilitation at KrasGMI.

Career

1993-2003

From 1993 to 2003, he held senior positions in various foreign and Russian pharmaceutical companies.

In 2003, he worked as deputy chief doctor for personnel at the Moscow City Clinical Hospital No. 7.

2004-2010

From 2004 to 2010 - chief physician of the Municipal Polyclinic No. 1 of Krasnoyarsk.

From January 2010 to the present - chief physician of the KGBUZ "Krasnoyarsk Regional Clinical Oncological Dispensary named after A.I. Kryzhanovsky."

2012-2018

In 2012, he was appointed chief freelance oncologist of the Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a member of the working group on the development and implementation of the concept of the development of the oncological service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory until 2025, a member of the regional society of oncologists, a member of the Association of Chief Doctors of Oncological Institutions of Siberia and the Far East, a member of the Board of the Association of Oncologists of Russia, a member of the profile commission on palliative care of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

2021: Appointment to the post of head of Medskan
