Ann Mulcahy (Anne M. Mulcahy)  — since  2002  — the chairman of the board of directors of the American corporation Xerox. Was born  on October 21, 1952. Mother of two children, journalist by training.

Career

• 1976  — came to Xerox to a position of the sales manager.
• 1992-1995  — the vice president for the direction of personnel management.
• 1997  — CSO (chief staff officer) is appointed.
• August, 2001  — the managing director of Xerox
• 2002  — the chairman of the board of directors of Xerox. Failure from direct sales for benefit of work through partners became one of the main points in the politician Mulcahy. This change of strategy leads to the fact that the general staff of Xerox smoothly decreases from 78.9 thousand employees in 2001 to 55.2 thousand in  2005.
• Since July 1, 2009 Ann Mulcahy resigns from a post of the managing director of Xerox. Mulcahy remains the chairman of the board of directors of the company. Ursula Burns was appointed to her place.
