Biography

2025: Appointment as Head of Belarusian Hi-Tech Park

On May 29, 2025, it became known that Anna Ryabova was appointed to the post of head of the Belarusian High Technology Park (HTP). In this position, she replaced Alexander Bazanov, who headed the HTP since 2023.

Until her new appointment, Ryabova acted as Deputy Minister of Communications and Informatization of Belarus. In this post, she, among other things, oversaw the digital development of regions, the introduction and development of digital platforms and intersectoral information systems, the standardization of digital processes, as well as the development, operation of information systems and resources and the provision of services with their use. In addition, she was responsible for organizing research and development work in the fields of informatization, digital development and communications.

Ryabova's deputies as head of the PVT are Ivan Zhiznevsky and Alexander Martinkevich. It is noted that HTP residents can engage in more than 40 types of activities - from advanced projects in the field of artificial intelligence to the development of high-quality software, engineering solutions, games and mobile applications, IT in the field of health, agriculture, fintech, banking software, laser technologies and optics.[1]
