Biography

Mikhail Sergeevich Antipkin was born on October 28, 1985 in the city of Lesnoy, Sverdlovsk Region. In 2003, he graduated from school No. 68 and entered the National Research Nuclear University "MEPhI" at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Technologies.


At the end of 2003, he got a job in Yekaterinburg as a sales consultant in the cell phone salon "Cifrograd." After 1 month of work, he was promoted to salon director, and already in early 2004 he worked as a network development manager and at the same time managed three salons in Yekaterinburg. At the same time, he dropped out.

Customs stores then showed sales of 40,000 pairs of shoes per month; the business continues to work today.

The secret to the success of Customs: a constant search for suppliers from Moscow to China, a competent marketing strategy and a loyal pricing policy. So, the assortment was constantly expanding. The mark-up for a pair of shoes in Customs is low, 30-40%, against the standard ones for shoe stores. 200-300% Due to this, large lines were always lined up in shops popular among citizens. Stores adhered to a policy of high loyalty to customers: if you decide to return a new pair of shoes, they will meet you, offer to replace shoes or return money.

The noteworthy offer "Customs" sold through network marketing: the assortment was issued in a catalog, which was distributed in the collectives of various enterprises. During the day, the catalog wandered from hand to hand, and by evening the shoes you liked could be ordered by delivery. A customer bringing a catalog to the team could become a partner and receive 10% of the revenue.

In 2009, Antipkin Mikhail launched two more directions together with a partner. The first is development, deployed for the reconstruction of old premises in real, indoor markets. The direction continues to work today: Imperial has gone from rented premises and refurbishment to large-scale construction of its own retail premises. Today, 10,000 square meters of property are managed.

The secret to the success of Imperial: the premises were built in those places where there were markets, and the owners of pavilions (retail places) were taken into a share, which made it possible to agree and get valuable places for the construction of new retail space. Interest holders helped with the financing of the project, so that in essence they took half of the profits for themselves, and the organizers of the construction received the second half as a reward for their work.

In the same year, 2009, Loan Online was launched - microcredit services were in demand among the population. This is proved by the figures: by 2015, 80,000 loans were issued per year, and the network expanded to 40 offices. Revenue was more than 100 000 000 rubles.

The secret to success: while microfinance companies issued loans at an average of 720% per annum, Loan Online could receive a loan at an average of 50% per annum.

Customer service had a high strict standard: the first loan was issued for 15 minutes, the next - for 5 minutes. Loan Online was loyal to its borrowers, went to meet customers in difficult circumstances. In addition, the more often the client borrowed funds here, the lower the annual percentage in the following cases. Loyal customers brought new ones.

In early 2016, Mikhail Antipkin sold the company. Subsequently, the new management changed the name of the project, the profile of activities and at the end of 2019 brought the company to bankruptcy.

Since the end of 2016, Mikhail has been managing the Eyeconweb web studio, which is engaged in the development of sites, applications and teaser networks.

Interests and hobbies

Mikhail is fond of motorsport (sports bike), yachting. He took first places in the team at the international competitions Marmaris Race Week 2017-2018. Mikhail adheres to a healthy lifestyle, hockey and mountain snowmobiles attract him from winter sports.

Personal life

Mikhail married at the end of 2005, in 2006 he had a daughter. In 2009, he divorced, and by mutual consent of the spouses, the daughter remained to live with her father.
