2019: 5 years of prison for bribes by deliveries of medical products
At the end of August, 2019 the former acting the head of GU "Maintenance Center and Operation of Buildings and Constructions of the Ministry of Health of Tula Region" Sergey Antsibor was sentenced to five years of a general regime for taking of a bribe from the supplier of medical products.
According to the investigation, in 2018 Sergey Antsibor agreed with the co-owner and the head of the company distributor Oleg Ignatyev about protection at signing of the contracts on delivery of the medical equipment. Protection was necessary at the conclusion of government contracts on delivery of the medical products completing to them and supplies in medical institutions of the region.
For it the entrepreneur transfered to the official to the bank card 185 thousand rubles. Later the man was sentenced to four years of imprisonment and a penalty for the amount of 370 thousand rubles.
As it appears from materials of court, Antsibor could control technical condition of the medical equipment, create the commissions on acceptance of the medical equipment in organizations of Tula region, participate in their work and exercise the general control of state procurements. Using these powers, it declined chief physicians of medical institutions to cooperation with Ignatyev.
For example, he advised the chief physician of the Tula regional clinical skin and venereologic clinic to buy supplies from this supplier, and convinced the head of Efremovsky district hospital to prolong the agreement of use of the biochemical Imola analyzer with Ignatyev. The head of Aleksinsky district hospital was forced to order from this supplier of service in repair of the iatrotechnics.
Sergey Antsibor waited for court under house arrest. In addition to a prison term, sentence it to payment of a penalty in the amount of 925 thousand rubles with deprivation of the right to hold the state positions.[1]
