Antufyev Sergey Vladimirovich

Biography

Sergey Vladimirovich Antufyev was born on September 22, 1955 in the settlement of Joint stock company Boar of the Kustanay region of Kazakhstan. In 1978 graduated from the Kazan aviation institute of A.N. Tupolev as "a mechanical engineer of aircraft construction". After the termination of institute worked as the production engineer at the Smolensk aircraft factory.

Since 1979 - the second secretary of the Zadneprovsky district committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League of Smolensk, from 1980 to 1987 - the manager of lecturing group, the head of department of the Smolensk regional committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. In 1987-1990 held a position of the second secretary of the Zadneprovsky district committee of the CPSU, in 1990 it is elected the chairman of executive committee of Zadneprovsky regional council of People's Deputies of Smolensk. In 1991 headed administration of Zadneprovsky district. Same year Sergey Antufyev got second higher education, having graduated from the Russian socio-political institute majoring in "political scientist".

In 1993-1994 held a post of the first deputy head of administration of Smolensk, in 1994 it was elected the deputy of the Smolensk region duma of the first convocation, on April 15 – its chairman. Since January, 1996 on a position was a part of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation of the second convocation, was the vice-chairman of Committee on affairs of Federation, to the Federal agreement and regional policy.

In 1997 it is elected the deputy of the Smolensk region duma again. In May, 1998 resigned authority of the deputy in connection with appointment of area as the First Deputy Head of administration. In May, 2002 it was elected the deputy of the Smolensk region duma of the third convocation, in June – the representative of region duma in the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

In 2001 graduated from Legal institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Since 2003 – the vice-chairman of the State Duma Committee on affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States and to communications with compatriots and also – the member of the Duma commission on anti-corruption.

On December 24, 2007 on representation of the President of the Russian Federation it is given the Smolensk region duma authority to the Governor of the Smolensk region.

Till March, 2008 Antufyev was the secretary of Political council of the Smolensk regional department of the United Russia Party, having resigned in connection with position assignment of the Representative of Rossotrudnichestvo in Poland.

On April 20, 2012 the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev accepted early resignation of Antufyev.

On May 20, 2012 the Representative of Rossotrudnichestvo in Poland (Warsaw) till April 28, 2016.

From November 1, 2017 to March 13, 2018 on the basis of the order of the Chairman of the board of MPA of the CIS Valentina Matviyenko of October 26, 2017 No. 6-rp held a position of the acting the Secretary general - the head of the Secretariat of Council of Inter-parliamentary Assembly of the states of the CIS^[1][2].
