Averyanov Yury Timofeyevich

Yury Averyanov is the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation since January, 2012. Was born on January 17, 1950 in Bender the Moldavian SSR.

Education and career

Labor activity of the beginnings in 1967 the turner of scientific research institute of nuclear reactors of Dimitrovgrad.

In 1968-1972 studied in the Ulyanovsk highest tank command school. Graduated from Military academy of armored troops (1982), Military academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (1994), the Far East academy of public service (occupational retraining, 2001), law department of the Khabarovsk state academy of economy and the right (2006).

In 1972-1994 served at command and staff positions in Armed Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation.

In 1994-2000 taught at department of strategy of Military academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Since August, 2000 — the head of department of the HR policy and the state awards of the office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District.

From November, 2000 to May, 2006 — the Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District.

Since May, 2006 — the assistant to the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. Valid state councilor of the Russian Federation 2 classes.

Candidate of Economic Sciences, associate professor.
