From 1976 to 1981 Iskandar got an education in the Ufa aviation institute.

From 1981 to 1991 worked as the electronics engineer in UEPA.

From 1991 to 1997 worked as the engineer in JV Diaspro.

In 1997 worked as the director in BIS LLC.

From 1997 to 2001 worked as the director in Business Network Ltd.

In 2001 and for 2006 worked as the director in JSC City Network.

Since 2006 passed to work as the CEO into JSC Ufanet.

For October 5, 2015 Iskandar Makhmudovich Bakhtiyarov works as the CEO of JSC Ufanet.

About personal

- You began the business in the 90th, there were difficulties, a certain risk. What was the most difficult?^[1]

• Then it seemed to me that difficulties are an insufficient financing, the shortage of telephone lines and questions other technically, but now, having looked back, I understand that not it was the most difficult. The most difficult was to overcome own fear and a lack of self-confidence.

• Tell, answering one of our questions 2.5 years ago you told "My life is a work, and work is my life. I am not separable from the command and therefore it is difficult to speak only about himself. The corporate spirit is very important for me". Whether changed this position since then?
• I can tell that life is much more, than work, and work is a part of the life, but no more than that.

• What your management style? In what its feature?
• My style is freedom, creativity and responsibility. There are people creative, but irresponsible, is responsible, but not creative, and is creative and responsible. The third option meets not really often, but it is necessary to aim at it.

• If you had a time machine what you would like to change?
• What is lived, lived, wanted to change nothing.

• The last bright event in your life?
• Climbing Iremel in September, us was 35 people, the staff of our company. Both places, and the nature, and communication were pleasant. Were felt freedom, nobody disturbed anybody, and at the same time we were all together.

• Traditionally several times in a year we are selected on the nature. Climbing Iremel was beautiful, easy, cheerful and a little symbolical. I would like that our company also easily, cheerfully, in the friendly creative atmosphere rose "uphill", overcoming all difficulties on the way.

• The main thing – joy of creativity.
