Balatsenko Andrey Vladimirovich is vice president, the director of macroregional branch "Severo-Zapad" of JSC Rostelecom.

Biography

Andrey was born on September 10, 1965 in the settlement of Peliedui of Lensky District Yakut the ASSR.

In 1987 graduated from the Novosibirsk electrotechnical institute of communication majoring in "Automatic telecommunication".

In 1987 worked as the engineer of production laboratory of linear workshop of the Blagoveshchensk urban telephone exchange of the Amur region.

From 1988 to 1997 worked at the Blagoveshchensk urban telephone exchange of the Amur region - the engineer of linear constructions of communication, the chief of linear workshop.

In 1997 and for 2001 held a position of the chief engineer of the Blagoveshchensk city telephone network of JSC Amursvyaz.

In 2001 - 2002 worked as the director of the Blagoveshchensk telephone and telegraphic network JSC Amursvyaz.

From 2002 to 2004 worked as the chief of the Blagoveshchensk telephone and telegraphic network of the Amur branch of JSC "Dalsvyaz".

In 2004 it is appointed the first deputy director – the technical director of the Amur branch of JSC "Dalsvyaz".

From 2005 to 2009 consistently held positions of the deputy CEO – directors of the Kamchatka branch, directors of the Sakhalin branch and directors of Seaside branch of JSC "Dalsvyaz".

In June, 2009 held a post of the CEO of JSC Dalsvyaz.

In April, 2011 it is appointed to the position of the Vitse-Prezidenta-Direktora of Macroregional branch "Far East" of JSC Rostelecom

On October 16, 2013 Andrey Balatsenko is appointed to the position of the vice president – directors of macroregional branch "Severo-Zapad" of JSC Rostelecom.

For April 4, 2014 Andrey Vladimirovich Balatsenko works as the vice president, the director of macroregional branch "Severo-Zapad" of JSC Rostelecom.
