In 1993 graduated from the Tashkent institute of communication.
Till 2001 worked, generally as the engineer in the field of a radio communication.

Worked in representative office of Alcatel in Uzbekistan as the key clients manager in the field of mobile communication. Mastered technologies of mobile communication and gained knowledge in the field of project management.
In the middle of the 2000th together with partners founded software company Net Extensions.
In 2013 together with "The center of the BePro programmers" began the project of creation of own system of satellite monitoring and positioning of moving objects of UZGPS (uzgps.uz).
In 2017 together with the Russian partners founded SmartGeo company.
For June, 2019 — the director of companies Net Extensions, SmartGeo and the technical project director of UZGPS.
