The TransTeleCom company announced in March, 2014 Valery Koval's appointment to the CEO's position TTK-Ural, the regional enterprise of TransTeleCom company. Earlier Valery Koval held a position of the acting as the CEO TTK-Ural.

At a new position Valery Koval will be responsible for business development of a TTK in the territory of the Sverdlovsk and Tyumen regions, Perm Krai, the Khanty-Mansi and Yamal-Nenets autonomous areas. Among the main objectives facing Valery Koval – development, promotion of services and additional services for end users, expansion of geography of network of broadband access in the Internet in an area of responsibility TTK-Ural, development of trunk business of the company in the region and also carrying out integration of Maginfo provider in Magnitogorsk in TransTeleCom Group.

Valery Koval was born in 1964. Graduated from the Ural state technical university (UGTU-UPI) in "Management of the organization".

Within 15 years worked at executive positions in the companies which are engaged in construction and provision of services of communication. Before arrival to a TTK from 2004 to 2009 worked at different positions in Foratek-Communication, combining the activity with work in "The Ural mobile networks" from 2004 to 2005. In 2010 it is appointed to the position of the director of construction, and since February, 2012 - the deputy CEO - the head of the "System Integration and Construction" block TTK-Ural. On December 29, 2012 TTK-Ural was appointed to the position of the acting as the CEO. Since September 13, 2013 holds a position of the director of Maginfo (in 2013 the provider was included into TransTeleCom group). Since March 1, 2014 Urals Transtelecom are appointed to the position of the CEO.
