2023: Appointment as President of Baltika Brewing Company

Taimuraz Bolloyev, who previously held this post, became the president of the Baltika plant. Izvestia reported on the return of the entrepreneur to the post of head of the enterprise on July 18, 2023, citing its own sources. Later, the press service of the company confirmed this information.

Bolloyev headed Baltika instead of Denis Sherstennikov, who led the company since 2021. The change in the management of the plant became known a few days after 100% of the company was transferred to the temporary management of the Federal Property Management Agency.

The Carlsberg Group said that after transferring its stake in Baltika to temporary management, the Danish company does not retain control over management or operations in Russia. Therefore, changes in the management of Baltika were adopted without notice or approval of the Carlsberg Group.

For Carlsberg Group, it is unclear what the consequences of this development are for Baltika Breweries' current operations in Russia, as well as in the current sales process, according to a press release on the Danish company's website[1]
