Biography

The ASSR was born on July 18, 1966 in the village Choduraa of Ulug-Hemsky district Tuva.

Education

1990 - graduated from philosophical faculty of the Ural State University.

1993 - completed full-time postgraduate study of the Ural State University.

1986 - 1988 - underwent conscription service in the ranks of the Soviet Army.

June-August, 1983 - the sports instructor of Sug-Bazhynsky high school of Kaa-Hemsky district.

Public activity

On July 8-12, 2009 - took part in the international scientific and practical konfenention "Ethnopedagogical heritage of the people of Siberia and Central Asia" in Kyzyl, the organized International organization of Turkic culture^[4].

On January 16, 2012 - visited the village of Saryg-Sep of Kaa-Hemsky district where most all the proceeding tremors were felt, and objects and apartment houses received considerable cracks, and made a number of operational orders. One of them - selection from a reserve fund of the Government of the Republic of Tyva of financial resources on carrying out repair of furnaces in the private houses which sustained damage to result of the strong earthquake which occurred on December 27. Also took part in a descent of citizens, inspected the inspected apartment houses and social objects, carried out personal reception of citizens^[5].

On June 29, 2012 - participated in a ceremony of opening of the avenue on the island of Rest near the Central stadium in Krasnoyarsk devoted to the International federation of student's sport - FISU^[6].

February, 2013 - participated in a ceremony of a meeting of New year according to the lunar calendar. In honor of Shagaa in all Buddhist temples of the republic there passed festive prayers at big accumulation of believers. A meeting of the first beams of the sun took place on the mountain Dogee at 5 o'clock in the morning. Sholban Cara-ool San Salyr traditionally participated in prayers and a ceremony - kindling of a fire with a gift of white food on^[7].

On March 22, 2013 - "Hour of the earth" supported an ecological action and charged Administrations and to Government Office to take in it part^[8].
