Biography

Oleg was born on September 22, 1964 in Sverdlovsk.

Graduated from the Tyumen state medical institute majoring in "doctor", and the All-Russian correspondence financial and economic institute as "economist".

Defended the thesis of MVA in Switzerland.

From 1981 to 1988 studied and worked in Tyumen.

From 1988 to 1993 worked as the local psychiatrist managing department of the Khanty-Mansi district psychonarcological clinic.

From 1993 to 1998 Oleg Leonidovich worked as the head of the Khanty-Mansi district Fund of compulsory health insurance.

From 1998 to 2004 – the first deputy governor of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug on economy and finance.

In 2004 Oleg is the first deputy governor of the Tyumen region, for 2005.

Since 2005 – the vice president of the oil company JSC TNK-BP Management.

Valid state councilor of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug of 1 class. It was elected the deputy of the Tyumen region duma of the second convocation. In March, 2008 it is elected the deputy of the Tyumen City Council of the fifth convocation. Member of the United Russia Party.

For January 28, 2014 Oleg Leonidovich Chemezov works as the director of the branch of TNK-BP Siberia in Tyumen.

On March 25, 2019 the head of Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev provided to members of the government of the deputy governor Oleg Chemezov. In this quality he is responsible for issues of territorial development and digitalization instead of Yekaterinburg which went to the mayor's office of Alexander Vysokinsky.[1]

Awards

In 2006 it is awarded the order Russian Orthodox Church of the Reverend Sergey of Radonezh of the III degree. In 2009 – the Award of Russian Orthodox Church of the Saint prince Daniel of Moscow.

Hobby

Hobbies: tourism, soccer, hockey, mountain skiing.

Married. Six children.
