Chumakov Sergey Timofeyevich is a presiding judge Arbitration court of Primorsky Krai.

Biography

Sergey was born on May 17, 1946 in the settlement of Yukhta of Svobodnensky district of the Amur region.

In 1982 graduated from All-Union Legal Correspondence Institute, faculty of jurisprudence.

In June, 1982 it is appointed the judge of the Central district court of the city of Khabarovsk where worked till 1985 then got to work as the member of the Khabarovsk regional court, for 1991.

Since 1993 Sergey Timofeyevich worked as the judge of Arbitration court of Khabarovsk Krai, and in 1995 till April, 2002 - in the status of the judge, chairman of judicial structure of Federal Arbitration court of the Far Eastern Federal District.

In April, 2002 it is appointed to the position of the presiding judge in Arbitration court of Primorsky Krai.

For February 13, 2014 Sergey Timofeyevich Chumakov works as the chairman of Arbitration court of Primorsky Krai.

From 2002 to 2011. Head of the department of jurisprudence of the Pacific state economic university

Academic degree - Candidate of Economic Sciences

Has a qualification class - the first, it is appropriated by the Highest Qualification board of judges of the Russian Federation of 6/19/2013.
