Biography

Was born on December 9, 1963 in. Big Stone of Primorsky Krai.

2001: Governor of Primorsky Krai

On June 17, 2001 during repeated elections of the governor of Primorsky Krai gained the largest number of votes of voters - 40.17 percent of the voters who came to polling precincts voted for it.

On June 25, 2001 took the oath at an emergency meeting of the Duma of Primorsky Krai and officially entered a position of the Governor of Primorsky Krai.

On January 28, 2005 Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin in compliance with Article 18 of Federal law No. 184-FZ submitted for consideration Darkin Sergey Mikhaylovich's candidacy to a position of the governor of Primorsky Krai.

February 4, 2005. Legislative assembly of Primorsky Krai, having considered Darkin Sergey Mikhaylovich's candidacy presented by the Russian President gave his authority to the governor of Primorsky Krai.

January 11, 2010. Legislative assembly of Primorsky Krai, having considered Darkin Sergey Mikhaylovich's candidacy presented by the Russian President gave his authority to the governor of Primorsky Krai

On February 28, 2012 resigned from a post of the governor of Primorsky Krai.

2012: The deputy minister in the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation

From July 24, 2012 to 2015 - the Deputy Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation (on September 8, 2014 it is abolished).

2015: Pacific Investment Group

Since 2015 - the President of PJSC Pacific Investment Group (PJSC TIGR)^[1].
