In August 2024, Yevgeny Demin was appointed head of the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of the Khabarovsk Territory instead of Alexei Gusev, who wrote an application for dismissal of his own free will.
Gusev headed the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of the Khabarovsk Territory since the reorganization of the department, worked on the development of the region's digital infrastructure and the introduction of new technologies into public life.[1]
