2023: Appointment as CEO of the K + 31 network

In February 2023, it became known about the appointment of Denis Gritsaenko as the new general director of the K + 31 network of clinics. In this position, he replaced Boris Churadze, who at the same time retained the position of chief physician.

The change of the head of "K + 31" is reported in the system "SPARK-Interfax" - the corresponding entry appeared in it on February 2, 2023. The company "K + 31" confirmed the appointment of Gritsaenko as the new general director of the network and noted that it will allow Boris Churadze to delegate the functions of an operational nature in the management of clinics to a professional manager with specialized experience. It is noted that Churadze will concentrate on medicine and strategy.

Gritsaenko became the head of so far one legal entity - JSC "K + 31," managing the flagship center on Lobachevsky. In total, there are three clinics in the K + 31 network in Moscow. According to SPARK-Interfax, the Petrovsky Vorota branch is still headed by Sergei Kharlamov, the family clinic on Orshanskaya is Irina Anokhina.

Vladimir Elishev became the general director of the Moscow clinic "K + 31 West" (part of Viktor Kharitonin's MedInvestGroup Group of Companies). Since 2018, Elishev has been the chief physician at the Sverdlovsk Regional Oncological Dispensary, but in January 2022 he was dismissed from his post after checking the local Ministry of Finance.

Denis Gritsaenko is a native of the grocery retail sector. He worked in leadership positions for 15 years, of which 12 were in Kh5 companies (Pyaterochka, Perekrestok) and the Verny chain of stores, according to his LinkedIn page. The new general director of K + 31 headed Agroaspekt LLC (one of the legal entities-operators of Pyaterochka), follows from the data of SPARK-Interfax. One of Gritsaenko's positions in X5 is the director of the Central Branch.
