2024: Appointment as CEO of Agropromcifra IT company

At the end of July 2024, it became known about the appointment of Dmitry Aveltsov as the new head of the Agro-Industrial Center for Digitalization JSC (Agropromcipra). In this post, he replaced Alexander Molozhavsky.

Before becoming the general director of the Agro-Industrial Center for Digitalization JSC, Dmitry Aveltsov was the head of the Center for Agroanalytics at the Ministry of Agriculture (the organization specializes in conducting research on the agro-industrial complex market).

The financial statements of Agropromcithra say that the company is engaged in the development of technical documentation and information systems in the Russian agro-industrial complex, the creation and refinement of software products that ensure the operation of automated information systems in the agro-industrial complex.

The company, in particular, is engaged in the development of a system for monitoring and forecasting food security of the Russian Federation and an automated information system of registers, registers and regulatory reference information (AIS "NSI"). The cost of both contracts is 100 million rubles each.

Earlier, Deputy Minister of Agriculture Elena Fastova said that Agropromcipra will not only offer farmers ready-made software solutions, but also deal with ensuring the cybersecurity of the industry.[1]
