Andrey Dobrov was born on February 13, 1963 in Alma-Ata the Kazakh SSR.

Education

1985 - graduated from faculty of industrial electronics of Novosibisky electrotechnical institute.

1988 - graduated from the University of Marxism-Leninism at the Novosibirsk regional committee of the CPSU.

2005 - gained the diploma of MBA in Higher School of Economics in Moscow.

Has Executive MBA degree.

Career

1983 - the worker on service and running repair of buildings in Novosibirsk.

1985-1987 – the teacher of the Novosibirsk electromechanical technical school of transport construction, the secretary of committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League of technical school.

1990-1991 – the CEO of Interdepartmental concern "Smena".

1990-1990 - the CEO of the self-supporting youth center "Impulse".

1988-1990 - the deputy director for studies of the Novosibirsk electromechanical technical school of transport construction.

May, 1991 - based and headed JSC Belon.

1998 – purchased enrichment factory "Belovskaya" in property. At the beginning of the 2000th coal mines and mines were added to it.

2002 - the president of group of JSC Belon.

2006 – placed for sale a part of shares of JSC Belon for the Russian and foreign investors for the purpose of development of the coal industry of the country.

2008-2009 - sold 82.6% of the coal company JSC Belon To Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, having gained more than 500 million dollars.

March, 2009 - redeemed more than 97% of shares of LLC CB Belon, held a post of the chairman of the board of directors of LLC CB Belon.

2010 - the termination of powers of Andrey Dobrov as CEO of JSC Belon.

2010 - transformed LLC CB Belon to a banking system for business of LLC CB Vzaimodeystviye.

1985 - it is elected the secretary of committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League of the Novosibirsk electrotechnical technical school.

1987-1989 - the second secretary of the May Day district committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League (Novosibirsk).
