Biography

Alexander Dogadin was born on July 17, 1963 in the city of Cherepovets of the Vologda region. In 1985 graduated from the Leningrad electrotechnical institute of communication of M.A. Bonch-Bruyevich.

In the communications industry more than 30 years work. Since 1990 – the First Deputy CEO of JSC ElektroSvyaz of the Kostroma region. In the 2002nd Kostromatelekom of JSC CenterTelecom, and in 2004 – to a position of the first deputy director of the Upper Volga branch of CenterTelecom is appointed to the position of the first deputy director.

Since October, 2010 – the deputy CEO – the director of the Kostroma branch of CenterTelecom, then – the director of the Kostroma branch of Rostelecom. In 2012 headed the Yaroslavl branch of Rostelecom.

Since January, 2013 worked as the director of the branch of Rostelecom on the Yaroslavl and Kostroma regions.

2018: Appointment as the director of the department of informatization and communication of the Yaroslavl region

On December 10, 2018 Alexander Dogadin is appointed the director of the department of informatization and communication of the Yaroslavl region. The corresponding order was signed by the governor of the region Dmitry Mironov.

Since November, 2016 the department was headed by Mikhail Gorodilov. After his resignation since November, 2018 duties of the director of DIS were temporarily fulfilled by Andrey Lebedev.

The main functions of department are development of informatization, communication, TV and radio broadcasting and information security. Besides, department is responsible for information and technology and information and analytical ensuring activity of the situational center of the governor of the Yaroslavl region, management of regional state information resources and systems. Also the department deals with issues of implementation of state policy in the field of formation of the electronic government and development of its infrastructure, ensuring quality improvement of rendering state services.
