Biography

Was born on January 17, 1961 in Kiev. Graduated from National University of Science and Technology majoring in of "the physicist of metals" (1983). Candidate of Technical Sciences. Author more than 300 scientific and popular articles.

Directed laboratory in one of scientific research institute where studied properties of metals.

1992: Foundation of Soyuznikhrom metallurgical holding

From 1992 to 2006 headed the Soyuznikhrom metallurgical holding founded by it (The Vladimir plant of precision alloys, NPO Magneton, trading business).

In 2001 set up foundation of scientific research "Culture pragmatics".

Since 2003 — professor of Higher School of Economics National Research University.

2007: Foundation of builder Urban Group

In 2007 founded development company of Urban Group and recommendatory Internet service "Imkhonet".

In 2012 became the founder of the Laboratory of Digital Society company specializing in carrying out sociological and marketing researches on social networks and the Internet.

In 2017 made the decision on closing of Imkhonet service for the economic reasons.

2018: Bankruptcy of structures of Urban Group

In 2018 the court made the decision on bankruptcy of five structures of Urban Group.
