Biography

Sergey studied at the Leningrad electrotechnical institute, from 1976 to 1978. Continued at Physics and technology institute of Ioffe from 1979 to 1982.

Worked as the research associate in FTI of Ioffe from 1982 to 1985.

From 1985 to 1991 Sergey worked as the chief of IT in design office of Sevmashpredpriyatiye.

In 1992 became the director of Treydlink LLC where worked for 1995.

Since 1996 worked as the associate director of SBS-AGRO Bank, for 2000.

In Phobos plus company Dubenkov worked as the associate director from 2000 to 2001.

Since 2005 Sergey works as the CEO "Lanit the Volga region".

For March 12, 2014 Sergey Dubenkov works as the CEO of LANIT Volga region company.
