Biography
Natalya Egorova was born on March 30, 1979 in the Ivanovo region.
In 2001 she graduated from the Ivanovo State Academy of Architecture and Construction with a degree in economics and management at the enterprise. In 2007 - a non-governmental educational institution "Moscow Institute of Economics, Management and Law" specializing in jurisprudence.
Since 1998, she worked in commercial structures.
In 2014, she was appointed deputy president - head of the presidential staff of the non-profit partnership "Promotion of the development and use of navigation technologies."
Since 2014, Natalya Egorova worked in the government of the Moscow region, first as an adviser to the Minister of State Administration of Information Technologies and Communications of the Moscow Region, then as an adviser to the vice-governor of the Moscow Region.
In 2018, she was appointed First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Nature Management of the Moscow Region, and later - First Deputy Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Moscow Region.
Since 2019, she served as Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.
In 2020, she was appointed adviser to the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.

On August 9, 2021, the Ministry of Digital Affairs reported that Natalya Egorova was appointed acting director of the Voskhod Research Institute.
