2013: Holding parties with the participation of large IT businessmen
On January 30, 2026, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) published more than 3 million pages of documents, about 180 thousand images and 2 thousand videos related to the investigation of the case of the American financier Jeffrey Epstein, accused of sex trafficking in minors. The materials mention the names of many famous persons, including IT businessmen.
It is emphasized that the mention itself in the documents does not imply any illegal actions, and many people who appear in the archives deny any involvement in Epstein's life and crimes. The paedophile financier's entourage included politicians, Nobel laureates, royals, business leaders, academics and celebrities.
In particular, it is reported that Epstein communicated with the founder of MicrosoftBill Gates. The files made public contain two drafts of Epstein's July 18, 2013 emails. One says Gates allegedly hid a sexually transmitted infection, including from his then-wife Melinda Gates. The second draft mentions drugs that Gates needed "to deal with the consequences of being connected to Russian girls." A spokesman for Gates said the claims were "absolutely absurd and completely groundless."
The documents in the Epstein case also mention co-founder, Google Sergey Brin founder, co-founder Virgin Group Richard Branson LinkedIn Reed Hoffman, head and SpaceX , Tesla Elon Musk entrepreneur and former chief executive officer, PayPal Peter Thiel former director of the MIT Media Lab, Joichi Massachusetts Institute of Technology Ito, etc.
It is also reported that young Russian girls aged 18-20 were involved in orgies related to Epstein. According to RBC, the declassified files of the financier contain documents indicating his connection with women from Samara and Saratov.[1]
