Nadezhda Ermakova (in the girlhood - Lupekina) was born in 1953 in Hotimsky district of the Mogilev region in Belarus.
Biography
1994-1995
In the 1994th became the head of shklovsky bank branch "Sever-Zapad", and during the period from 1994 to 1995 held the chair of the head of shklovsky department of Belagroprombank. In Shklov Nadezhda Ermakova got acquainted with with future president of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko - during that time the chairman of state farm Gorodets.
1996-2014
In 1996-2011 Ermakova worked the vice chairman of the board and the chairman of the board of Belarusbank.
In the middle of 2011 Nadezhda Ermakova was appointed the head of the Belarusian National Bank, having released Pyotr Prokopovich from this duty. On December 27 the 2014th Alexander Lukashenko dismissed Ermakova – the regulator then Pavel Kallaur headed.
2021: Appointment of the chairman of the board of Belgazprombank
On January 18, 2021 Belgazprombank which major shareholders are Gazprom and Gazprombank, announced Nadezhda Ermakova's appointment to a post of the chairman of the board of credit institution. Her candidacy was approved by Board of Directors on January 15.
Ermakova half a year headed temporary administration of National Bank in Belgazprombank. On December 9, 2020 the National Bank of Belarus (NBB) reported that the temporary administration stopped work in Belgazprombank and that the Board of Directors of bank approved new board. The acting chairman of the board then was appointed the vice-chairman Irina Potapova.
The solution of Board of Directors of Belgazprombank of January 15, 2021 makes changes to established posts of board members and the position of the first deputy chairman of the board is entered into the staff list. Irina Potapova is appointed to it.
