2025: Fell out of a window in St. Petersburg
On May 12, 2025, it became known that one of the founders of the Okhta Group development company, Alexander Fastovsky, fell from the second floor of a residential complex. The incident took place on Parade Street in St. Petersburg.
According to 78.ru, 83-year-old Fastovsky received injuries to his head, chest, abdomen and limbs, as well as catatrauma (injuries resulting from a fall from a height). He was hospitalized in serious condition and placed in intensive care. The circumstances of the incident are established by law enforcement officers.
In June 2024, the Kommersant newspaper reported that Alexander Fastovsky, who became a member of the Okhta Group shareholders in 2022, after transferring the share of the company's vice president Dmitry Kiselev, owned about 17.65% of the organization's structure. Other co-owners of the developer include CEO Vladimir Svinin, Deputy Chairman of the Board Mikhail Rivlin and President of the company Anatoly Polyanovsky.
Okhta Group has been operating in the real estate market in St. Petersburg and the North-West region since 2003. The company's investment portfolio includes existing and under construction residential and commercial real estate objects intended for the reconstruction of the building, as well as land plots. In addition, Okhta Group is engaged in project management in the interests of third-party investors.
