2016: The World Bank inflicted sanctions on Alexander Fedchenko
At the beginning of July, 2016 the World Bank announced discharge of Inkom company of Alexander Kardakov from participation in the tenders because of corruption. It is said in the statement of the organization.
The made investigation showed that Inky paid bribes and participated in corruption actions by previous concert in the case concerning the tender for three IT contracts with an aggregate value of $43 million in frames of the project of upgrade of a system of social support of the population. Besides, sanctions against Inky were applied for numerous attempts to interfere with investigation of the World Bank.
For the specified violations the World Bank discharged once one of the largest Ukrainian system integrators of participation in projects and tenders for 22.5. Besides, Inky will not be able to participate in the purchases organized by partners of the World Bank, such as European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Asian Development Bank.
The World Bank also inflicted long-term sanctions against heads of Inkom (including on the president of the company Alexander Fedchenko and the vice president Nikolay Dovzhenko) and partners (among them — BMS Consulting and Roma companies which also participated in collusion). [1]
