Fenev Alexander Yuryevich

Fenev Alexander Yuryevich is the Minister of Energy and Housing of the Ministry of Energy and Housing of Perm Krai.

Biography

Alexander was born in Sevastopol on September 11, 1964, grew and studied in Penza. On leaving school, in 1981, Alexander Fenev entered the Penza construction institute on faculty of the engineering systems and constructions and in 1986 ended it.

In Perm Alexander Yuryevich worked at the Teploenergo enterprise, the service engineer on boilers.

In 1998 created the enterprise of the integrated boiler houses and thermal networks "Gorteploenergo", on the instructions of the city authorities and became his director.

In April, 1998 it is appointed the Chairman of the Committee on housing and public utilities of city administration of Perm. Since October, 1998 it is appointed the head of department of housing and public utilities of the city administration.

In 2001 Alexander Fenev worked as the deputy head of administration of the city of Perm on housing and public utilities, transport and ecology.

Till 2012 worked as the development director of Uralenergomontazh LLC. In 2012 the Acting Minister of Energy and Housing of Perm Krai is appointed.

For January 16, 2014 Alexander Yuryevich Fenev works as the Minister of Energy and Housing of the Ministry of Energy and Housing of Perm Krai.
