Biography

Eduard Filippov was born on the third of July the 1967th year in the city of Kostroma. Now it has own family. His wife and two children are its part.

He studied in Moscow, at the 593rd high school and finished it in 1984. After school he arrived and graduated from the Highest military command and engineering college in 1989. Also "Systems engineer" graduated from faculty ACS with the diploma. In the 1992nd year became the cadet of the Highest military academy of RVSN of F.E. Dzerzhinsky in the city of Moscow and graduated from faculty ACS majoring in "Engineer-mathematician".
