Education

1997: BGTU

In 1997 Anatoly Viktorovich graduated from the Baltic state technical university majoring in "Space aircraft and upper stages", qualification - the mechanical engineer.

In 1998 qualification the manager graduated from the Baltic state technical university "MILITARY MECHANICAL INSTITUTE" of D.F. Ustinov.

2002: INZHEKON

In 2002 defended the master's thesis on the subject "Mathematical and Instrumental Methods of Economy" of century St. Petersburg state engineering and economic university. Having received the Candidate's degree economic sciences.

2009: Stockholm school of economy

In 2009 received degree of the Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA General Management) of the Stockholm school of economy.

2015: Lomonosov Moscow State University

In 2015 attended professional development course according to the Independent Director program in Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Higher school of state administration.

Career

1997: Bank Petrovsky

In the financial sphere began work with Petrovsky bank (which became afterwards a part of Otkrytiye bank) in 1997 where there passed the way from the chief consultant of department of planning and control to the associate director of financial directorate.

2004: St. Petersburg bank

From September, 2004 to October, 2012 held a position of the head of directorate of planning and financial control in St. Petersburg bank, joined the board.

2012: Vice president MDM Bank

From 11/13/2012 to 7/11/2014 - the Vice president, the head of the block of strategic development of JSC MDM Bank.

2014: Absolute Bank

From 7/14/2014 to 2/8/2017 worked in JSB Absolyut Bank (JSC) in the status of the chief financial officer.

2017: Vice chairman of the board

In February, 2017 it was announced that Anatoly Fogelgezang is elected as board the Absolute of Bank. The relevant decision was made by Board of Directors, reported in bank, having specified that earlier the candidate underwent approval in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Fogelgezang is appointed to a post of the vice chairman of the board and in this status supervises the financial block, accounting and the reporting, maintenance of banking activities of the Absolute of Bank banking group.
