Biography

Alexander was born on August 26, 1964 in Chelyabinsk.

After school served in a sea part of border troops of KGB of the USSR.

In 1989 graduated from the Chelyabinsk polytechnical institute (nowadays – SUSU).

In 1989 worked as the engineer at production association Flight, worked for 1994.

Worked as the shop director of Titanik LLC.

In 2005 worked as the head of City Ecological Center municipal unitary enterprise of Chelyabinsk.

In 2008 got second higher education in Academy of the right and management.

In 2010 received a position of the minister of radiation and environmental safety of Chelyabinsk region.

In 2014 Galichin resigned from a position of the minister of radiation and environmental safety of Chelyabinsk region.

For August 16, 2016 Alexander Mikhaylovich Galichin works in the rank of the minister, the head of the ministry of ecology of Chelyabinsk region.
