Biography

In 1989 the mining engineer graduated from the Grozny oil institute of the academician M.D. Millionshchikov in "Technology and comprehensive mechanization of development of oil and gas fields".

In 2002 World economy, the economist graduated from the North Caucasian academy of public service majoring in. Candidate of Economic Sciences.

From 1990 to 1994 worked in the state gas concern "Gazprom", Tyumentransgaz production association, Lakeside line pipe operation center, as the shift engineer of gas-compressor service.

In 1996 - 1997 worked in OJSC Rostovoblgaz, the engineer on metrology of 1 category, was given assignment by the head of department of the modes of gas supply of JSC Rostovoblgaz, from 1997 to 2003 later.

In 2003 Svetlana Valeryevna worked the Deputy General Manager for Economics and to finance of JSC Rostovoblgaz for 2006 from where passed to work into JSC Kostromaoblgaz, the Deputy General Manager for Economics and to finance where worked from 2006 to 2007.
