Born July 16, 1973

In 1995 she graduated from Nizhny Novgorod state Linguistic University named after N.A. Dobrolyubov. Qualification - teacher French language, Russian language and literature, specialty - French language, Russian language and literature.

In 1996 she graduated from the Kazan Banking School of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (since 2017 - Kazan branch of the RANEPA). Qualification - specialist in banking, specialty - banking.
