Alexander Gershtansky graduated from Army medical college of S.M. Kirov in 2013, in the 2014th – an internship in "surgery".
In 2016 passed the additional professional educational program in the First St. Petersburg state medical university of I.P. Pavlov in the "Organization of Health Care and Public Health" direction.
Biography
2020: Appointment as the Minister of Health of the Arkhangelsk region
On November 16, 2020 Alexander Gershtansky started responsibilities as the head of the Ministry of Health of the Arkhangelsk region. He released from this duty Anton Karpunov who resigned in October and was appointed the adviser to the head of the region.
Earlier the governor of the Arkhangelsk region Alexander Tsybulsky made changes to structure of the government of Pomorze, having made the Minister of Health also the Deputy Prime Minister under whose supervision the Ministry of Labour, employment and social development of the region is.
The government of the region noted that appointment of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Arkhangelsk region – the Minister of Health will take place after approval of candidate on this post with the Russian Ministry of Health.
On October 5, 2020 Alexander Gershtansky was appointed the Deputy Minister of Health of the Arkhangelsk region. Before he worked as the chief physician Eurohoney of clinics.
Tatyana Rusinova who has the highest qualification category in "The organization of health care and a public health" is appointed the Deputy Minister of Health of the Arkhangelsk region.
According to operational headquarters, for November 19, 2020 the Arkhangelsk region takes the 6th place among Russian regions on incidence of a coronavirus with 334 new cases a day.[1]
