2019: Withdrawal from Nevsky Bank capital
In July 2019, Sergei Girdin, who is the honorary consul of the Republic of Guinea in St. Petersburg, withdrew from the capital of PJSC Nevsky Bank. Until recently, he owned 9.9925% of the shares of the credit institution, but at the moment Mr. Girdin's share has reached zero, while another co-owner of the bank, Vladimir Koshelev, has increased by the same amount, reports ABN. Over the past few months, co-owners have repeatedly changed in PJSC Nevsky Bank. In particular, in April, entrepreneur Konstantin Osipov left the bank's capital, and in June - Denis Rusakov, who owned the same share as Sergei Girdin.
2023: Lawsuit from Fplus
A large Russian distributor and electronics manufacturer Fplus is going to recover 2.16 billion rubles from former top managers of the group Sergei Girdin, Konstantin Shlyakhov and Alexei Simulin in court. 2024: Settlement agreement with Fplus in the case for 2.16 billion rubles
On January 30, 2024, the Moscow Arbitration Court terminated the proceedings in the case in which F-Plus Equipment and Development LLC (the head structure of the Fplus IT holding) tried to recover 2.16 billion rubles from the founder of Marvel Distribution (part of Fplus).
The parties declared written petitions for the conclusion of an amicable agreement, the text of the amicable agreement was presented, - said in a document published in the file of cases of the arbitration court. |
As Kommersant writes with reference to this document, former Marvell Distribution top managers Konstantin Shlyakhov and Alexei Simulin were co-defendants in the case. The details of the settlement agreement have not been published, as well as the reasons for the proceedings.
According to sources of the publication, the F-Plus Equipment and Development company filed with Sergei Girdin because of a contract concluded back in 2018 and involving the supply of equipment for the events of the 2018 World Cup. The contract is concluded between the MKT (part of the Fplus group; is engaged in the supply of computer equipment, server and network equipment,) ON and the IT integrator "." Asteros Asteros was declared bankrupt in 2018, and its bankruptcy trustee Alexei Belokopyt filed a petition with the arbitration court to invalidate the transaction to transfer money to Asteros in favor of MKT, since the parties to the transaction, according to the manager, were affiliated.
The court declared the transaction invalid and decided to recover from the MKT 1.6 billion rubles and interest for the use of funds in the bankruptcy estate. Fplus also filed a lawsuit to recover these funds from former top managers.[1]
