Biography

Tatsinsky district of the Rostov region, Russia was born on January 30, 1957 in the village of Ermakovskaya.

Education

1980 - graduated from the Moscow institute of management of S. Ordzhonikidze, having received specialty "Economist on the Organization of Management".

Graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation.

Scientific degree

Candidate of Law Sciences.

Doctor of Economics.

Career

1974 - the mechanic in the Sholokhovskaya mine.

1980 - 1983 - worked at the Vidnovsky cargo motor transportation enterprise as the senior engineer, and then the head of department of operation.

1983 - 1990 - held positions from the instructor of industrial and transport department of Lenin RK CPSU, the organizer of department of MK CPSU before election as the Second secretary of RK CPSU.

1990 - it was elected the chairman of Vidnovsky city council of People's Deputies.

1991 - it is appointed the head of administration of Leninsky district of the Moscow region.

1996 - during the first elections of the head of the district it was elected the head of Leninsky district.

1999 - the first was zamestitet by the Prime Minister (governor) of the Moscow region - the vice governor of the Moscow region. Supervised issues of development of a scientific and industrial complex, agriculture and food, housing and communal services, fuel and power, a construction complex of area.

2010: Governor of the Rostov region

2010 - it was stated by a batch United Russia in the candidate list on a post of the governor of the Rostov region.

On May 15, 2010 - his nomination was made by the President of the Russian Federation to Legislative Assembly of the Rostov region for granting of power to the Head of administration of the Rostov region.

On May 21, 2010 - his candidate was approved by Legislative Assembly.

On June 14, 2010 - entered a position of the governor of the Rostov region.

On June 14, 2015 it is appointed the acting as the Governor of the Rostov region.

On September 13, 2015 inhabitants of the region it is elected the Governor of the Rostov region.

On September 29, 2015 the inauguration ceremony was held.

On November 24, 2011 - participated in a ceremony of opening of the new bridge through the river Manych in Bagayevsky district^[5].

On September 15, 2012 - together with the head of the Don metropolitanate Metropolitan of Rostov and Novocherkassk Merkur put a stone in foundation of the temple of Alexander Nevsky in Rostov-on-Don^[9].

On March 16-17, 2013 - participated in Pancake week festivities in Starocherkassk. Opening a holiday, it noted that Maslenitsa was considered as a family holiday at all times, and emphasized need and from now on to observe these good traditions^[10].
