Dmitri Gorbachev was born in 1969 in Tver. In 1996 graduated from Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology.
From 1996 to 2002 worked in IBS group as the project manager. Stood at the origins of creation of IBS Data Fort.
Since 2002 Gorbachev worked in Sibintek company where consistently held positions of the head of department of service contracts, the head of department of regional policy (2003), the vice president for regional policy (2003-2005). During this time Dmitry upgraded service business of Sibintek, including at the level of regional branches with the total number of personnel about 2000 people.
In 2005 Gorbachev passed into "GVTs of Power" where at a position of the head of the Center of structuring IT prepared all IT services RAO UES of Russia for reform of power.
From 2008 to 2011 worked as the director of the department of management of IT in Sibur. From holding directed creation of ITSC company (belongs to Sibur and Gazprom Neft), based on which organized outsourcing service of all enterprises of the petrochemical giant regarding IT, the PCS, KIP, communications.
In February, 2012 it is appointed the new managing director of Optima Integration. It released Alexander Didukh directing the company from the middle of 2010 from this duty. The reasons of resignation of Didukh in Optima do not disclose[1].
