1989 - was engaged in own business, together with partners having constructed on the credit of Sberbank of 1.5 million dollars workshop on processing of scrap metal and production of ferrotitanium in Moscow area - Vtormetinvest.
1990 - founded with partners Tekhnoinvest company (metaltrader).
1992 - created Metallurgical Financial Investment Company LLP.
1993-1999 - the founder and the chairman of the board of Metallinvestbank[3].
1995 - created A-Tekhnoinvest Ltd.
1997 - Chusovskoy purchased steel works.
