Was born in 1953 in the town of Svoboda of Kursk region, Russia.
Education
Graduated from the Kursk agricultural institute (now - (The Kursk state agricultural academy) as "Mechanical engineer".
Career
1970 - in the town of Svoboda, then - the driver at the Svobodinsky electromechanical plant.
1980 - the designer, later — the senior engineer of Giproselkhozproyekt institute.
1986 - the site manager of East tram depot of Tram and trolleybus management of Kursk.
1992 - the CEO of management of PTK of the Rosagrospetsmontazhnaladka trust in 1998 transformed to Grinn Corporation Ltd corporation[3].
2001 - opened in Kursk the city the second grocery store and began to develop the concept of future[4].
