1985: Voronezhsintezkauchuk

At the beginning of the meeting the chairman of the Voronezh municipal electoral committee Valery Buneev told about vote results on elections on September 8, 2013 and about decisions of electoral commission:

– Elections are declared valid and valid, with result in 43.62 percent of votes Alexander Gusev won, – Valery Buneev summed up and handed to the new city's mayor the certificate of election as the head of the city district^[2].

Then, according to the Charter of the city, Alexander Gusev took the oath:

– I, Gusev Alexander Viktorovich, entering a position of the head of the city district the city of Voronezh, solemnly I swear to observe the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws and laws of the Voronezh region, the Charter of the city district the city of Voronezh, to respect and protect human rights and the citizen, to truly serve the people.

After that the speaker of city parliament Vladimir Khodyrev handed to Alexander Gusev city characters - the coat of arms and a flag and congratulated him on behalf of deputies.

2017: Governor of the Voronezh region

December, 2017 - September, 2018 - Acting as governor of the Voronezh region.

Since September 15, 2018 - the governor of the Voronezh region.
