Career

2023: Appointment as CEO of Aveksim

On October 2, 2023, the Russian pharmaceutical company Aveksima announced the change of CEO. He was appointed Ivan Halepo, who previously worked in the company as deputy head of sales and marketing.

Ivan Halepo headed Aveksima instead of Elena Tkachenko, who has led the company since its inception in 2011. Tkachenko will take the post of chairman of the board of directors of Aveksima OJSC.

According to the press service of Aveksima, the new head is tasked with developing the company, strengthening its market position, expanding the portfolio of drugs and scaling export sales.

By October 2023, Ivan Halepo's experience in the pharmaceutical industry exceeds 14 years. Previously, he held leadership positions in production and distribution companies, including Glenmark, Abbott, Valenta Pharmaceuticals.

Aveksima is a full-cycle Russian pharmaceutical company. The company's production sites are located in Moscow, Sverdlovsk and Kemerovo regions. The portfolio of drugs includes more than 100 names of drugs in the following therapeutic areas:
