Hudilaynen Alexander Petrovich
Biography
Alexander Hudilaynen was born on May 2, 1956 in the village of Zlobino of the Kalyazin district of the Kalinin region of RSFSR. Since 1961 Big Ivanovka of the Gatchina district of the Leningrad Region lives in the village. In 1979 graduated from the Leningrad mechanical institute (Military Mechanical Institute) majoring in the mechanical engineer.
Alexander Hudilaynen began a labor activity on industrial enterprises:
- from 1979 to 1984 — at the Leningrad mechanical plant of K. Liebknecht (the technologist, the deputy head of the department)
- from 1984 to 1985 — in PGO "Sevzapgeologiya" (the senior mechanical engineer)
- from 1985 to 1987 — at Lengiprovodkhoz institute (the head of group of the Taitsky expedition)
Since 1987 works in local government authorities of the Gatchina district:
- from 1987 to 1991 — the chairman of executive committee of Taitsky settlement council of People's Deputies
- from 1991 to 1996 — the head of administration of the settlement Thais
- from 1996 to 2001 — the deputy head of administration of the Gatchina District municipal entity
- from 2001 to 2005 — the head of the municipality "The Gatchina district" (it is elected to a position on June 10, having collected 84.57% of votes)
- from 2006 to 2011 — the head of administration of the Gatchina Municipal District municipal entity (it is appointed under the contract)
In 1999-2001 Hudilaynen supervised questions of housing-and-municipal and road economy, construction, passenger transport and communication in district administration.
Under the leadership of Hudilaynen "The concept of strategic development of the municipal entity "Gatchina district' until 2010" is developed.
In 2004 became Candidate of Economic Sciences, having defended the dissertation on the subject "Methods of Diagnostics and Forecasting of Budget Efficiency of Production Systems"
In 2007 was a candidate of Legislative assembly of the Leningrad Region from a batch United Russia, headed the list of the western regional group. Refused the deputy mandate.
In September, 2007 became the chairman of Presidium of Council of municipal entities of the Leningrad Region.
By the decree of the President of Russia of December 29, 2007 No. 1783 it is included in the structure of Russian President's Council for Local Government.
On May 27, 2011 it is elected to a position of the secretary of regional political council of a batch United Russia.
On elections on December 4, 2011 it is elected the deputy of legislative assembly of the Leningrad Region according to the list of a batch United Russia. On December 15, 2011 became the chairman of legislative assembly.
On May 22, 2012 it is appointed the acting as the Governor of Karelia after Andrey Nelidov ahead of schedule resigned at own will.
In February, 2017 the Governor of Karelia Alexander Hudilaynen heading the republic since 2012 declared the solution to resign ahead of schedule. The term of office of Hudilaynen expired on May 24, 2017.
"I addressed the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin about early abdication of the Governor of Karelia. You know that today there takes place a lot of work on staff rotation at regional and federal level, and this deliberated solution weighed by me not to go on elections to which there were 207 days. It is necessary to give the chance to the candidate of the president to prove to be in Karelia, to offer inhabitants a worthy way of its development. What to me the place would not be entrusted by the president what work he would not charge, I, certainly, will remember Karelia and to help with its development, with its promotion", - Hudilaynen noted.
