Igor Rymorenko was born in 1974.

Education

In 1996, Irkutsk State Technical University with a degree in Radio Engineering.

Career

1994-2004

From 1999 to 2004, he went from a specialist to the head of the technical means department of information management information systems of the mayor's office of the Irkutsk city administration.

2004-2015

From 2004 to 2013, he held the posts of Deputy Chairman of the Information and Analytical Committee of the Administration of the Governor of the Irkutsk Region, Deputy Head of the Information and Documentation Support Department of the Governor of the Irkutsk Region, Head of the Expert Department of the Governor and the Government of the Irkutsk Region, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Governor of the Irkutsk Region and the Government of the Irkutsk Region. Then he was the head of the department of legal work and the state civil service of the Veterinary Service of the Irkutsk region. In 2015, he headed the regional state autonomous institution "Information and Technical Center."

2022: Appointment as Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Irkutsk Region

On March 23, 2022, it was announced that Igor Rymorenko was appointed Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Irkutsk Region. The corresponding decree was signed by the governor of the region Igor Kobzev.

The Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of the Irkutsk Region, created in 2021, performs the following tasks:

implementation of the national program "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" in the region; development and implementation of information and communication technologies; implementation of the state policy in the field of communications and navigation activities in the Irkutsk region; informational, analytical, organizational and methodological support of measures aimed at reducing administrative barriers and improving the quality and availability of state and municipal services.[1]

2024: Resignation from the post of head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Irkutsk Region

In April 2024, Igor Rymorenko resigned as Minister of Digital Development of the Irkutsk Region. He ran out of contract. Alexander Seledtsov has been appointed the new head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the region.
