According to investigators, in 2019, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan purchased the drug "Triptorelin" in the amount of more than 3.7 thousand packages for a total amount of over 51 million rubles. At the same time, the number of purchased approximately 10 times exceeded the real need for a drug to provide patients in medical institutions of the republic. As a result, 1670 packages of the drug with a total value of more than 10 million rubles have expired, thereby causing damage to the budget of the republic by the above amount, the news agency reports.[1]
